One of the best hotels in all of Mexico.One of the best hotels in all of Mexico.
One of the best hotels in all of Mexico. Comfortable rooms, superb service by all the staff, near the historic center, and many fine dining options in close proximity, including the rooftop restaurant in the hotel. The weather could have been better and street traffic can get busy, but it didn't deter from the wonderful stay we experienced.One of the best hotels in all of Mexico. Wonderful hotel and location with great views from the rooftop of Puebla Old Town. Front desk staff and concierge were bilingual and always extremely courteous and helpful. Rooms are nicely kept and turn down service was an added surprise with robes and slippers placed by the bed. Lovely place in Puebla. All the staff was great. Since we arrived, they welcome us with ans smile jinger drinks. The rooms are awesome, with a lot of details, a tasty milk candy on the table. Restrooms are beautiful, the gardens are amazing and all the food was really tasty. Definitely I would be back.Lovely place in Puebla. All the staff was great.
