We accidentally left an item in the plane after arrival, the staff is helpful in this matter and manage to get it back for us! What surprise us more is that they actually send a driver to the airport and pick it up for us, for free! We are so grateful for that. Other than that, the premise is nice and clean too. Highly recommended :) It was a great 3D2N stay at the place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful too. The Manhattan hotel has all the amenities one would expect & at a very solid 4 star level. From the original smiling, personable, helpful, efficient & professional staff greeting us at the front desk to the quiet room with excellent back-friendly firm beds & food facilities on offer one could not fault anything.Recently we arrived (husband & wife) for a 3-night stay in order to learn about Male itself & the Maldivian culture prior to visiting an island resort for 1 week. The Manhattan hotel has all the amenities one would expect & at a very solid 4 star level. There was this manager named Ibrahim who helped us beyond measure and made our tour around the city super easy. Really felt at home by the hospitality. Presidential suite was huge and beautiful. My stay at this hotel made my maldives trip very memorable. Food & drinks: The food at the seafood restaurant below the hotel was mind blowing.Best hotel in Male. Staff is the sweetest.
