the staff were amazing!!!

What a beautiful resort. It was everything we wanted and more!! The pools, the rooms, the beach, the restaurants, the food and the staff were amazing!!! Especially Vina and Demmy, they catered to our every need! It was truly a holiday that we'll never forget. Thank you for the memories we'll treasure them forever 💖

We stayed in a villa and it was sensational… The hospitality staff Demmy, Vina, Christina, the cook kommig and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. .. All the people that worked there were so friendly .The breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from..

warm and excellent service

We received a warm and excellent service from all staffs, they accomodated our request before and after checking perfectly. They set up a room with anniversary decoration and a cake. The room was clean and furnished with small kitchen and living room. They provided microwave, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, mini bar in the room. They even provided drying rack and iron table, it’s very convinient esp if we stay in long period.

The decor was gorgeous

The decor was gorgeous, the wedding planning team was phenomenal, and the resort was absolutely beautiful. Not to mention this resort hotel has an amazing continental breakfast buffet and their spa treatments are a must try! We're definitely staying here again the next time we're in Bali.
