Very nice and calm hotel resort to stay at Bali. Courteous staff. Limited choice of food for vegetarians, particularly Indian. This hotel staff here is super nice and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the bed is the largest we ever had. The hotel beach area is very clean and amazingly pretty. Everything was better than our expectations. The garden is really beautiful with two swimming pools. Our room was bigger than expected. Very good location and the staff is always attentive, especially the receptionist Marcia, always ready to help us with a smile. Everything was better than our expectations. Exceptional hotel, nothing to complain about ! Exceptional hotel, nothing to complain about !
Our stay in this hotel was exceptional! We have nothing to complain about at all. The main swimming pool area is super cozy and relaxing to hang in, the rooms are incredibly clean, all the needed amenities are there, everything worked well. Our aircon stopped cooling at some stage, someone came and fixed it within 10 minutes, the next morning they brought a whole new engine to replace as the aircon was noisy (we didn't complain about it, they did it on their own initiative). Our stay in this hotel was exceptional! We have nothing to complain about at all. Amazing hotel with beautiful large rooms. It has two big pools for adults and two small pools where toddlers and kids can play. The hotel also has a big kids club for toddlers, which makes it so much easier to entertain them. The grounds are breathtaking and beautiful. The breakfast isn’t great and doesn’t have enough vegetarian options. However, there are many other restaurants within walking distance that offer delicious and cheaper options.
