Excellent service from this hotel team. From assisting with arranging transport for collection and drop off at the airport, to a sparkling laundry service. Rooms and bathroom are clean, spacious and quiet allowing for a good nights rest ( rooms are sanitised in line with their COVID protocol, with seal is placed on the door to indicate compliance). I did not have any meals there, but did try a slice of chocolate cake from the cake stall in the reception area. Would gladly stay here again. Excellent service from this hotel team. It was great. Most of the services are incredibly awesome. Very clean. 3 star hotel with 5 star services. Most importantly, the food are so delicious. Im really impressive the service from all the staff, even though that, this is my first time in this hotel. They treat me as a repeater. Sita drom FO was amazing ! She doing great when i’m facing with my room key. Icha at restaurant was bravo.! Always asking the feedback and try to create my stay memorable. Houskeeping have a fast respond specially Martin, when im asking for ironing & prayer mat. Such a great team !! Kuddos for FOM & FBM who has create a brilliant staff.Im really impressive the service from all the staff, even though that, this is my first time in this hotel. They treat me as a repeater.
