Amazing hospitality, the room was a bit old but well maintained. The room was clean, comfy bed, comfy pillows, perfect for a good night sleep. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Wide variety of choice, nice coffee, and once again amazing hospitality from the staffs. Staffs were 5 star!Amazing hospitality, the room was a bit old but well maintained. Feel welcome and comfortable during my stay here. The room itself is very nice and cozy and it felt like i am not in the city at all. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The coffee was one of the best I've had, not because of the taste but because the hospitality from ms. Evelyn served me the coffee when she sees me wandering looking for one. But there's one thing, in my view, the amenities are lacking. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and people with families. This is my first time stayed in Swiss Bell Pondok Indah. This is a nice hotel, the location is very near with MRT Lebak Bulus station, the officers is very helpful, meeting rooms in 9th floor have open space with interesting views: city forest, mrt, busy toll road, etc. Meanwhile, please improve the variety of food in the restaurant and wifi connection stability in rooms (little different with the connection in the meeting rooms it is quite good). Overall this hotel is awesome. Might stay here This is my first time stayed in Swiss Bell Pondok Indah. We like staying here whenever we are in town. Location is very strategic and despite the hotel located next to the road, you can barely hear the traffic sounds. Service is impeccable, (can't comment about the food because we didn't order any room service / breakfast), and we totally like the cleanliness of the facility. Excellent stay! The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the digital TV worked perfectly. Complimentary food was a nice touch, and the outdoor pool was enjoyable. Only minimal drawbacks were noted. Overall, a great experience! Excellent stay!
