The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a 5 star stay. Room was beautiful and clean. The hotel was well maintained and the staff were so hospitable. A really good hotel for its price. Excellent location and level of service. Service extraordinary from reception called Mr. Yoga with prompt response and quick solving problem happened in the room, he assist us to move to other room with an upgrade to swimming pool access directly. Mr. Agus, Mr. Alit and FO team was very helpful during our stay. Rooms was spacious and ambience is perfect to spend ur holiday especially with ur family with large swimming pool, walking distance only to the mall and beach, lots of shops nearby as well cafe or restaurant. Perfect location. Service extraordinary from reception called Mr. Yoga with prompt response and quick solving problem happened in the room, he assist us to move to other room with an upgrade to swimming pool access directly. We had a lovely stay at Sun Island in Kuta. The staff were very helpful. Facilities were nice. It was very central to all our favourite places. We would stay again.
