We had a great stay, the hotel has amazing views and is perfect place to relax, it is very comfortable and very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights, the floating villas are awesome, very private, very clean. The staff are the friendliest you will find. Great food and restaurant area. It was an EXCELLENT experience. I was sincerely shocked by the staff: They were incredible, always in a good mood, very warm-hearted and extremely helpful. They're here for all your problems, no matter what and how big they are. Furthermore the hotel in general is very beautiful, surrounded by vegetation and an astonishing view. It's decorated with authentic art and has a certain "wooden" style. Also the guides for the "adventure events" were very kind and we really enjoyed going...It was an EXCELLENT experience. We stayed in a floating villa and it was incredible experience. As we were getting married, they decorated the jacuzzi, gave us welcome drink and always have a smile for us. The view, the staff, the spa, the food was perfect. If you want to relax and connect with Mother Earth Munduk Heaven Village is the best place. We stayed for 1 nights in the cabin area and it's already exceeding our expectations. The room is super clean and comfortable. A lot of amenities were provided. The breakfast was so good. The staff were all really friendly and helpful during our stay. This place is really nice to get away from the crowded ambience in the centre of bali.
