Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our family enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast was fantastic from traditional authentic Indonesian food to International such as Western, Japanese, Indian (love the Aloo Gobi)Fantastic place for staycation, connecting to my favorite shopping Malls, everything was perfect from the check-in our spacious, clean, comfortable room. And a special mention to all the staff from the cleaning team, reception, pool, breakfast who do a remarkable job, they are very warm, polite and nice. From the rooms to the amenities to the location to the food, I can not sing enough praises about the Intercontinental Pondok Indah. The best the about the experience has to be the staff though. Their efforts made us feel like very special guests.
