The hospitality and alertness of the hotel staff are some of the best. An honorable mention goes to Erria and the room service staff, who prepared our room with some treats and decorations. Gilang, Doni, Akmal, and restaurant staff prepare breakfast with great taste and service. It was a pleasure to start my journey as an IHG Member Group. The breakfast menu was delicious, staffs are incredibly helpful. We also received excellent help from pak dhani (manager) as well as the front desks team.
