Holiday Inn Resort Batam, an IHG Hotel

Have been enjoying my 3 nights stay, as usual service have & always been above & beyond , really impeccable, staff are always very warm & friendly. Room was great, had an itsy bitsy issue but everything was ironed out immediately. Spa was the next best thing in this hotel, I had spoilt myself silly with daily sessions, they have added some new treatments on the menu which is a must try for you ladies, overall they've awards for the best spa in Batam pre-covid times & till to date ...

Our big group used the hotel for our retreat and it was a great location for its intended purpose. The hotel was very accommodating and helpful throughout, adhering to all our requests without issues. We had a pleasant time in the space, prices are very reasonable too, everything was settled for us from our ferry tickets right down to our meals! Thank you so much for all the hard work!

Good facilities, good service, good options for food for a relaxing holiday. Very friendly staff, nice room service foods, great massage place Although could not be at chance for massage Very best hotel near , spacious clean Breakfast also the best staff very understanding if we cannot reach for breakfast on time able to grab few eatables which ever is available Front desk team awesome as soon as we entered offered with water which is a basic thing n make us homely Pool is amazing ...

This is a beautiful resort, located a little out of batam, however helpfully they offer a daily shuttle to the town and a shuttle to the ferry terminal hourly. Staff are very friendly and helpful, highly recommended. Food in hotel is superb
