We booked the romantic dinner and spa package for our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The service we received throughout the entire stay was wonderful. At the hotel reception you can book tours of Ubud which are insightful. We stayed here for 4 nights and had a truly relaxing time. The food is to die for and the customer service was faultless. The location, rooms, and restaurant were all wonderful. But it was really the staff and service that set this place apart. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Widi, who worked breakfast, helped us start each day on a positive note. We will definitely be back!This was our favorite hotel of our entire honeymoon trip. You won’t regret it. The staff in this hotel can’t do enough for you - food was incredible, the silence and the scenery was to die for. I have never met more genuine and authentic people.their humility and kindness made our stay the most enjoyable .this is not your typical North American vacation destination hotel . very impressed and would highly recommend . I can’t think of one bad thing to say . The entire staff were amazing but special recognition to Puspa and Pinde . I have travelled the world and I would say this experience has been the best ever . The resort was incredible but the staff far exceeded my expectations.. It offers amazing jungle views, has a big garden to walk, a great (and deep) pool for daily swimming. The staff were amazing - super friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers great service and tasty food. The rooms are functional and in good conditions, all are providing relaxing views into the jungle.I stayed at all the Alila on Bali - Alila Ubud was my favourite. It offers amazing jungle views, has a big garden to walk, a great (and deep) pool for daily swimming. The staff were amazing - super friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers great service and tasty food. The rooms are functional and in good conditions, all are providing relaxing views into the jungle.
