Amazing service, amazing rooms highly recommend !I don’t have enough space to talk about all the amazing service this place gave me and my friends! The rooms were amazing! The buffet always had options (I’m vegan) and the drinks were so good! I highly recommend full board for the all inclusive! The front desk guy was amazing and always helpful to call taxis and give out the bus schedule. You won’t regret staying here ❤️❤️❤️🇬🇷 I don’t have enough space to talk about all the amazing service this place gave me and my friends! The rooms were amazing! The rooms in the main building not so new, they need some refreshment. So I would definitely choose a bungalow or a suite. Pool area and beach very good. There is also a warm indoor pool which was super nice! Food was amazing, every night different food, a lot of verity. Staff was helpful and nice. Special thanks to Nina, other ladies and a man from the restaurant area, the guy who brought water was also very friendly. Super nice hotel, did get an upgrade to suite which was perfect! The rooms are nice (ours was cozy and clean) and we got a nice surprise and got upgraded to a sea view room. The staff is unbelievable and will go out of their way to service you and help you. Eva in the spa was an unbelievably gentle soul, we were so grateful to meet her and get to know her. Vicky and Vaggalos at Si La restaurant were simply AMAZING! So welcoming and friendly! Vagelis the bartender at the beach was so attentive and fun to chat with.Very very lovely resort in Heraklion! The rooms are nice (ours was cozy and clean) and we got a nice surprise and got upgraded to a sea view room. The staff is unbelievable and will go out of their way to service you and help you.
