This hotel/apartments were always cleaned every day. The food was a variety and covered everyone's taste and was really good the chefs/cooks did a really excellent job and there was catering for children which they had their own corner. The managers was always on the floor to approach with any problems that you had, if any. The sunbeds you had plenty of and was not fighting for one due to their policy of not putting your towels on the beds to save for later, which was good. This hotel/apartments were always cleaned every day. What a brilliant hotel. The managers and staff were so friendly, approachable and very very helpful. The rooms were so spacious and clean. Such a great choice they offered at meal times. The ladies in the hotel shops were so lovely and friendly. The entertainment staff were so full of fun and friendly. Kids club staff excellent. Some rooms you need to go up a steep hill but the hotel runs a bus up and down to take you to your rooms excellent service. Would definitely recommend.What a brilliant hotel. I have given 5 stars despite all the other reviews, people need to remember this not a 5 star resort and this resort certainly delivers for what we paid. Firstly the staff are amazing they all work so hard and go out of their way to make your stay as best as it can be, a shout out to Betty, amazing lady, she is fab and so helpful with tips and ideas of where to go on the island, along with Christina always so polite and cheerful, thank you both. The food is great, so much selection.I have given 5 stars despite all the other reviews, people need to remember this not a 5 star resort and this resort certainly delivers for what we paid.
