The location is amazing

The location is amazing, you can relax at the pool or at the private beach and have food and drinks served there. The staff is amazing, just let them know if you have a special request, and they will do everything they can to accommodate you. We stayed at a sea view suite and enjoyed its cleanliness, beautiful view, fresh red roses, and complimentary fruit and wine.

This is our second year to come to the Elounda Bay Palace Hotel. All I can say is wow, amazing, one of the best experiences that we have ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing, and make you feel like you have a butler on call, they help with any small thing that you may need during your stay. The food is amazing, with a great spread at the buffet. Even our kids who are picky eaters have something to eat at each meal. The restaurants are also amazing.

Superb hotel. Second holiday in this hotel. Everything perfect. Delicious food. The beach and water are very clean. Also the pools. Professional staff: especially Anna Maria (guest relations officer). And Larissa from the front desk.

Great place. Very beautiful scenery. Pool is nice, sea is gorgeous. Facilities are in great shape and service is as expected for a 5s. Room was very space full, jacuzzi and steam room also worked fine. Very clean , very neat. Great for families, not for hot blooded youths though.
