Pure perfection! Amazing service - especially from our very helpful and genuinely friendly concierge (I think he was one). Perfect service, amazing location, stunning view from our balconies and totally delicious breakfast (served on one of our balconies!). Perfect! The hotel is clean, well maintained and beautiful! It’s visible that the work there is done with love and attention to detail. Thank you, Aigialos hotel team, for the warm welcome and all your great work, support and help! Pure perfection! Magical!Magical!
Magical! We had the caldera view. It was spectacular. The service was great from start to finish. Evie(not sure of the spelling) made us two dinner reservations with sunset views.It was amazing! She also gave us a lay of the land They never skipped a beat. The breakfast service on our balcony was amazing. It was a bit cold outside but breakfast on the balcony was too magical to skip. Service as incredible. We were greeted by Milen, who was very professional, informative and friendly. Our room was the honeymoon suite with gorgeous views. The hotel is located in the best part of Fira. Easy walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. Definitely will stay there again when in Santorini.Service as incredible. Incredible views to neighboring islands. Satisfying breakfast. Beds are a little too firm for my taste. Friendly, helpful, staff. A few tips: 1. Hotel is on the side of a cliff and is not wheelchair friendly. Even for able-bodied folk, the steps to the rooms are cobblestone and relatively. 2. If you need to ship liquids (wine, honey, olive oil) then you'll need a wooden crate and you can't get one from the post office.
