We offer our spaces for free rental from caterers and any other service providers. Their ideal geographical location, a stone's throw from Lille, but surrounded by green spaces, will allow you to organize your event in complete peace of mind. Access is easy, thanks to the expressways. You will have total freedom to decorate the rooms as you wish.
Rental of spaces will be offered to you for an extended period, with differentiated rates depending on seasonality and the rental period chosen (week or weekend). Reception furniture will also be provided to you depending on the room chosen.

THE COUNTRY ROOM
Prices from Friday 11:00 a.m. to Sunday 5:30 p.m.
From April to October: 2,500 euros including tax
From November to March: 2,150 euros including tax
All year round, only on Friday or Saturday/Sunday:
1,050 euros including tax Friday 8 a.m. until Saturday 6 a.m.
1,700 euros including tax Saturday 8 a.m. until Sunday 5:30 p.m.
