Our prices include at least the privatization of the place from 3 p.m. to 4 a.m. with 2 rooms (95 and 85m²), white chiravi chairs and oval tables (for 150 people), sound system (video projector, speaker and microphone), games (Breton puck, Connect 4, etc.) and the gardens (with tents for the cocktail depending on the weather and number of guests)

- a courtyard with a worked "French" garden and its grandiose porch for this humble residence
- a terrace overlooking two ponds, peaceful and wild
