Built during 2019, this brand new reception room completes the range of services offered on the MANOIR de L’ESPERANCE site. LADY MARY - that's her name - can accommodate up to 70 people seated.
In a bucolic setting, its elegance will not leave you indifferent: for the floor, it is half parquet and half travertine. White walls, an acoustic ceiling, large bay windows overlooking the park.
Bar - The bar is equipped with a dishwasher and a refrigerator. Its zinc standing seam cladding was carried out at our request by a roofer from ST PÈRE in RETZ…
Cloakroom & Sanitary facilities - You have a large numbered locker room and disabled toilets
Kitchen – An equipped professional kitchen is at your disposal or that of your caterer.
Percolator rental, ice maker.
The restoration of this room was financed to the tune of €40,000 by the European LEADER program which aims to support quality pilot projects in rural areas.
LADY MARY is equipped with round tables with 8/10 place settings or square tables and velvet chairs which were used for the CANNES Festival. We had the name of an actor engraved on the back of each chair to form a basis for animation. So you can have fun with the “Tontons Flingueurs” table or with the “Bronzés” table… We’ve made the beginning but we’ll let you imagine the rest of YOUR evening.

From April 15 to October 15, we recommend privatizing accommodation (37 beds + possibility of setting up a few tents) €2,400/48 hours because cleaning is included.

The owner received us several times before to discover the places, always kindly. park was very appreciated by all our guests where young and old were able to meet. The swimming lane allowed us to relax the day before before tackling this big and beautiful day. Capable of accommodating 20 people, everyone was comfortable in the rooms or family suites. We took full advantage of the large living room, the equipped kitchen and the covered swimming lane. The location is magnificent, a stone's throw from the coast. It is also possible to rent the large reception room.
