Located in the Perche Regional Natural Park, Les Communs du Perche have been transformed into a charming and luxurious property, a magical and ideal place for your small wedding ( limited to 48 guests ). Historic setting, green environment, your guests will be charmed by these old castle outbuildings with timeless charm nestled in Eure-et-Loir.
A unique building architecture, incredible volumes, a neat decoration, mixing contemporary furniture and second-hand furniture, will be the setting for your celebration. The place can accommodate up to 48 guests for a reception and 36 guests for sleeping .
You will dine outside in fine weather or in the dining room in winter and you will dance in the very cozy living room where there is a bar, many sofas, a fireplace and a billiard table.
Les Communs du Perche welcomes you for an entire weekend and has 18 rooms and 16 bathrooms for a sleeping capacity of 36 people. To enjoy without worrying about the return! It is also an establishment that has an indoor heated swimming pool, a hammam, a gym, a pétanque court and a games room, for the greatest pleasure of your guests!
Les Communs will be able to assist you in organizing your wedding and advise you on the right service providers based on your desires and your budget. However, you have free choice over the latter and will not have any corkage fee to pay.

And what an exceptional weekend we spent! The place is superb, perfectly maintained by Sophie and Arnaud, the owners. The different activities possible on site allowed us to stay in this perfect cocoon for 2 days. To top it all off, the stewardship and catering were managed by Patrice, very professional and particularly attentive.Having decided to organize a wedding in a very small group, we fell under the spell of the Communs du Perche.
