Le Trapéen is a reception venue located 40 minutes south of Toulouse , in the Haute-Garonne region, offering a unique setting for weddings and private events. Nestled in a privileged natural environment with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees , this distinctive venue combines authenticity, comfort, and flexibility to create bespoke celebrations.
At your disposal is a 150 m² reception room that is fully modular, designed to adapt to the atmosphere and style of your wedding. With its beautiful red brick arches, it offers a warm and typically regional charm, while providing great flexibility in arranging your dinner, dance floor, or decorations.
Outside, a large 500 m² esplanade with panoramic views of the Pyrenees provides an exceptional setting for your special moments. Ideal for a secular ceremony , a drinks reception, or an outdoor cocktail party, it offers a spectacular natural backdrop that will leave a lasting impression on your guests.
Le Trapéen also offers 43 beds spread across 14 comfortable and welcoming rooms . Your loved ones can therefore stay on-site and fully enjoy the weekend in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, without the hassle of transportation.
To facilitate the organization of your reception, a fully equipped catering area is available, allowing your vendors to work in optimal conditions. In the main hall, a large bar is also accessible, complete with a beer tap and mini-fridges, perfect for extending the festivities with ease. All furniture is included in the venue rental.
A second room of 100 m² completes the venue's spaces. Versatile, it can be used for the bride and groom's preparations, as a children's area, or even as a backup location for a ceremony or cocktail reception in case of uncertain weather.
Beyond its infrastructure, Le Trapéen distinguishes itself through its personalized support. A dedicated team is on-site to welcome your guests and service providers , and ensure the smooth logistical coordination of your event.
