The Kerlut Manor offers modular spaces for a tailor-made reception:
• Inside: The large living room and lounges can accommodate up to 50 seated guests and 100 standing. The lounges, equipped with a grand piano and a billiard table , offer special moments of relaxation by the fireplace. A modern kitchen is fully equipped for your caterer. For more intimate ceremonies, the Manor offers a unique space: a small, private chapel . A solemn and unexpected setting for your wedding or elopement.
• Premium accommodation: The Manor offers 9 double rooms, 1 family room, and a 5-bed dormitory (26 beds in total), all with private bathrooms. Several suites open onto the sea, extending the experience with upscale comfort.
• Outdoors: the enclosed garden and terrace offer 2000 m² and 80 m² respectively for hosting your cocktail parties, secular ceremonies, and accommodating a marquee with a sea view. These spaces can host up to 150 guests, or even 300 for an outdoor cocktail party or reception.

The Manoir de Kerlut does not require you to use any specific service providers. You are free to choose the professionals who will assist you during your reception. However, if you wish, the team will be happy to recommend their best contacts.

Nestled within the grounds of the 5-star L'Océan Breton campsite, the Manoir de Kerlut offers your guests a complete experience. During the campsite's opening season (mid-April to September), enjoy the resort's premium facilities together: heated water park (pools, slides, water jets, lazy river, whirlpools), treetop adventure park, paddle tennis court, sauna, beauty salon & massages, fitness room, and access to the bar and restaurant.
For large groups, cottages can be rented all year round, increasing accommodation capacity to an additional 130 people .

Bathed in the ever-changing light by the water's edge, the Manor and its grounds offer a delicate setting to capture your precious moments. During July and August, we reserve our manor house for campsite customers for a minimum 7-night rental.
During this period, given that the campsite occupancy rate is high, guests of the manor are asked not to have parties or make noise after 11 p.m.
