Description
Welcome to Clos Souvigny, located in the heart of a Percheron farm, in a rural setting, the room was created in old farm buildings.
We have restored it with respect for the old building (lime plaster, brick pillars, small local tiles, etc.) and incorporating modern comforts, notably with a ceiling ensuring acoustic comfort, numerous and varied sources of lighting, as well as underfloor heating for your autumn and winter events.
The room can accommodate up to 60 people and is equipped with rustic tables and chairs. A professional catering service is available, featuring a large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and semi-professional oven.
A wide range of equipment is available to you, including a coffee maker, high chairs for children, etc.
A 2,500m² plot of land surrounding the room allows you to organize your meal or cocktail outside or simply enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. To make the most of the outdoors, we provide a few additional tables, wooden benches, and dedicated chairs.
In addition to renting the room, you have the option of booking 3 bedrooms located in the house adjoining the room. These 3 bedrooms, renovated in 2025 in the "maison de maître" style of this house dating from 1923, can accommodate 8 people.
