You also have access to a covered area, a former stable, measuring approximately 100 m² where you can serve your cocktail or reception. The Gîte de la Brissais is the ideal wedding venue in a wooded park! We offer the option of privatizing the entire gîte for the entire weekend to organize your special day. We can accommodate a group of 29 people in sleeping accommodations and up to 80 people seated in the dining room or for your wedding ball. For your cocktail reception, a 100 m² decorated barn is available. The gîte has Wi-Fi access for your service providers and guests. The gîte in detail: A park: wooded and enclosed with century-old oak trees, where an old gazebo stands in the middle for secular ceremonies. Several backdrops are available to create your dream photos (bird bath, antique cast iron benches, etc.). Animals: To the delight of children, you'll find donkeys, ponies, goats, and a black sheep roaming the fenced meadows. An entrance: with a cloakroom, a tablecloth for bouquets, an easel for the menu, and a cast iron mailbox for the wedding fund. A cocktail barn: 140 m² of exposed stone with an old-fashioned roof structure. The barn is equipped with wrought iron benches and tables, a low wall with a slate top for cocktail canapés, and punch fountains made from the farm's milk churns. A reception room: seating 80 people, equipped with lightweight folding polyethylene tables (round or rectangular), and stackable chairs for 6 people. A bar area: 15 m² equipped with a refrigerator, espresso machine, candy bar, and more.
