Come and discover our cottage, located on a one-hectare park in a calm and relaxing green setting, on the edge of the Bercé forest, 15 minutes from Le Mans in the Sarthe department (72).
We have a reception room for your family events (weddings, birthdays, retirement, etc.) or professional events (seminars, works councils, associations, etc.) that can accommodate up to 100 people at tables. rectangular and up to 80 people in round tables.
We provide hotel tableware depending on the number of guests.
The delight of caterers will be in a fully equipped kitchen to professional standards: stove, cold rooms, hot room, professional dishwasher, plate rack, etc...
We offer 28 beds spread over 3 buildings including a room for people with reduced mobility with its private bathroom.
A courtyard for your wine receptions or your after-party is at your disposal. It will be possible to take an option to close it completely to protect you from the cold or the rain in mid season.
Different formulas are offered to you depending on the number of beds desired. We accept tents, campers and inflatable mattresses to increase sleeping capacity. In all packages, our prices include tourist tax.
