To extend these moments of conviviality, our gîte space invites you to share unique moments with family or friends, while discovering the treasures of the region: the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit and its automobile museum, the medieval and Renaissance city of Le Mans, the famous La Flèche zoo and many other activities.
Located in Laigné-en-Belin, in Sarthe, the Domaine de la Petite Chauvière combines the absolute calm of the countryside, without neighbors, and practical accessibility just 15 minutes from Le Mans.

The reception room
“La Grange”: a reception room full of charm
“La Grange”, an independent reception room of 110 m², is a magnificent 18th century building highlighting its authentic character with its exposed stones and beams.
Ideal for your family reunions, wedding dinners, banquets, conferences or cocktails, this room can accommodate up to 89 people seated , arranged on round and rectangular tables according to your needs.
Equipment included:
- Fully equipped bar/American kitchen area : professional dishwasher, 5-burner stove, oven and refrigerators,
- Professional sound system : compatible with laptop via Bluetooth, jack, USB or CD,
- Video projector and projection screen (dimensions 180 × 180 cm).
To enhance your outdoor events, a 75 m² marquee is also available in the orchard, ideal for your receptions, cocktails or barbecues (available from April 1 to October 30).

"The Bread Oven"
This large family cottage, designed to accommodate up to 15 people, offers a warm and authentic space. You will find:
- A 45 m² living/dining room with fireplace and bread oven, perfect for convivial moments,
- An equipped American kitchen,
- A shower room and WC on the ground floor.
- Upstairs, the sleeping area includes comfortable bedrooms, a mezzanine, as well as shower rooms and toilets for a total capacity of 15 beds.
"The Soues"
This independent suite, ideal for 3 people, combines charm and privacy:
- A small, cozy living room with American kitchen, fireplace,
- A bathroom and WC,
- A single bed on the ground floor, a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed,
- A terrace and a private garden to enjoy the outdoors in complete tranquility.
“The Stables I & II”
These single rooms offer a capacity of 2 to 3 beds each, with all the necessary comfort:
- Private bathrooms and toilets for a practical and pleasant stay.

The rooms/dormitories are very practical for this type of event. We called on service providers (caterer, wine merchant, etc.) who know the place, which is very practical. The price seems reasonable to us.We also rented this cottage for our wedding and we were very satisfied. The setting is really very pleasant, the room very beautiful (we were 71 guests), the owners friendly and attentive to our requests and questions.
