Heartfelt Support My name is Sophie, and my mission is simple: to transform your vision into reality. I know that planning a wedding can be stressful, which is why I make it a point to be your dedicated point of contact. I don't just rent you a venue; I support you with passion.
My philosophy? Total flexibility . I hate rigid structures. Do you have a particular request for the decorations? A specific need for the caterer? Particular time constraints? I adapt to you according to the venue's availability. My goal is for you to feel "at home" as soon as you walk through the gate.

Our 65 m² room can accommodate up to 40 seated guests and 50 standing guests. For larger groups, the grounds allow for expansion.

- The venue can be adapted to your needs: Our 100 m² covered area: An ideal space to stay sheltered while enjoying the outdoors (perfect for a cocktail reception or ceremony). Marquee rental: You can easily have a nomadic tent or marquee set up in the garden to accommodate more guests. Outdoor space rental only: We also rent our outdoor spaces for day events (cocktail parties, team building, etc.).
Le domaine est-il privatisé ?
- Yes! By choosing to privatize the property, you are the sole masters of the estate. You have exclusive access to the park, the courtyard, the hall, and the cottages for total privacy.
Imposez-vous des prestataires ?
- Not at all. You are free to choose your own caterer, DJ, or photographer. We don't charge any corkage fees. If you're ever stuck, we can of course give you the contact details of our favorite local partners!
Combien de personnes peuvent dormir sur place ?
- The property offers four independent accommodations, including a large 14-bed dormitory. This is the perfect solution for everyone to enjoy the party without worrying about the return journey. There are a total of 38 beds available on the property.
Proposez-vous du matériel de réception ?
- Yes, to make your life easier, we have everything on site:
- Furniture : Reception tables and chairs are included in our services.
- Dishes : We offer a dish rental service so you don't have to carry anything (or wash anything!).
- Ambient and facade spotlight to showcase our beautiful Caen stone
Et nos amis les animaux ? 🐾
- At our place, four-legged friends are welcome! We gladly accept pets. We simply ask for a small extra charge (to help fund the high-performance vacuum cleaner that will be used after their stay) and that they don't turn our beautiful Norman garden into an archaeological dig site.

Comment vient-on au Domaine du Grand Fort ?
- We are located in Banneville-la-Campagne, on the outskirts of Caen. Access is extremely easy and quick via the motorway or from the centre of Caen (10-15 min). Parking is of course available on site.
