Spaces and capacities

You can choose to hold your reception in the Terrace Room or the Courtyard Room. These two rooms have the advantage of being completely separate and each has its own facilities and amenities, including independent parking.

The Salle Côté Terrasse is a former winery featuring a rather intimate room with magnificent exposed beams and stone. With a capacity of 100 seated guests, it features an antique fireplace that can be used as needed, for a warmer atmosphere in the mid-season.

This authentic and characterful space opens onto a shaded terrace all day long, offering a pleasant and peaceful outdoor setting. This vast terrace opens onto a beautiful landscaped area with trees and can host your reception or ceremony, for example.

The Salle Côté Cour is composed of a large room and an adjoining room with large bay windows; the whole has a capacity of 200 seated guests, in a space benefiting from the freshness and charm of old stones.

The large bay windows allow you to use both the interior and exterior spaces: you can organize your reception or your meal while admiring the golden stones adorned with Virginia creeper or flamboyant colors from autumn.

This room opens directly onto a secure, enclosed courtyard, which will offer you all the privacy and serenity you are looking for for your reception.

Services

Included in the rental are round tables and chairs depending on the number of guests, a fully equipped warming room, and a cold room. A space can be arranged according to your organization (children's corner, dressing room, etc.).

The estate operates on a self-catered basis, with no corkage fees or time limits. Floor cleaning is also included. Domaine de la Genetière offers a range of optional services to help you organize your event: photobox rental, beer and keg machines, sound systems, video projectors, chair covers and decorations, etc. Don't hesitate to ask!
