During the summer period (from May to October): As a basic offer, we offer the privatization of the estate (275m² room + outdoor covered hall + green spaces on more than 1 Ha) from Thursday 2pm to Sunday 6pm, cleaning package for the interiors included, including 1 night on the 70 beds at the price of €7,500 including tax. In option 01 we offer the privatization of the estate (275m² room + outdoor covered hall + green spaces on more than 1 Ha) from Thursday 2pm to Sunday 6pm, cleaning package for the interiors included, including 2 nights on the 70 beds at the price of €9,000 including tax. As part of option 1 (2 nights of sleeping on all the places on the estate), if the tenant chooses Saturday and Sunday nights, the estate will be accessible until Monday evening 6pm. It is quite possible to choose the basic offer and add a few beds for the night of Friday or Sunday. Following the visit we will send you the contract in which the prices of the various beds on site appear. The cleaning of the interiors is included in the rental price. We only ask that the broom or vacuum cleaner (provided) be passed in the room. During the winter period (from November to April, the heating of the room and the beds above is carried out by a gas hot air gun): As a basic offer, we propose the privatization of the estate (275m² room + outdoor covered hall + green spaces on more than 1 Ha) from Thursday 2 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m., cleaning package of the interiors included, including 1 night on the 15 beds at the price of €5,000 including tax. In option 01 we offer the privatization of the estate (275m² room + outdoor covered hall + green spaces over 1 Ha) from Thursday 2 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m., interior cleaning package included, including 2 nights out of the 15 beds at the price of €6,500 including tax.

The prices listed above include: - Private use of the estate for 1 night (with 75 beds on site) as well as catering for Saturday evening for 100 guests (package at €17,500), - Private use of the estate for 2 nights (with 75 beds on site) as well as catering for Saturday evening for 100 guests (package at €19,500), Regarding catering, we work primarily with Aux Délices de Benjamin, who offer exceptional value for money, namely: A cocktail party including: - A land and sea plancha grill accompanied by unlimited vegetables from their garden for 2 hours - A large selection of petits fours and verrines - Platters of charcuterie, most of which are homemade (dried duck breast, for example) - Homemade foie gras with original flavors - Possibility of adding workshops such as smoked salmon, salmon gravlax, Etc. Then Benjamin continues with the meal, consisting of a main course (cuts of meat between 300 and 350g/person) + cheese and dessert (either a wedding cake or mini-cakes of your choice).
