The Château de Pondres: The Château de Pondres is a 4* hotel, with 24 rooms: 12 rooms on the second floor of the Château, 8 rooms at Les Moulins and 4 rooms at the Maison des Bois. For an important event, the Château can be privatized. Its spaces: A place of prestige and serenity, the Château overlooks a 15-hectare estate, preserved nature and several centuries old. A true green setting, bordered by the Aygalade river. The Château de Pondres offers, with its gardens, its main courtyard and its park, a privileged setting for your outdoor receptions. Inside, the Château Salons and the majestic Salle des Estates General are five reception spaces available separately, according to your needs (up to 80 people). Its services: For the meal, we will develop the menu and the wine selection for you and with you in collaboration with our Chef de Cuisine and our Maître d’Hôtel. We offer refined traditional cuisine based on short circuits and the best local and Mediterranean products: olive oil from Villevieille, cheese maker (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), livestock farms from Camargue, ports of Sète and Grau du Roi. You can continue the evening with the presence of a DJ or an orchestra until the end of the night. On Sunday, a sumptuous brunch awaits you to end your stay at Château de Pondres in style.
