ALLEE DE MAROLLES offers you room reservations and rentals for weddings and other events in Chartres! By browsing this site, you will discover all of our services as well as the details necessary for organizing your event: interior and exterior fittings, audio-visual equipment (Wifi, screen, video projector, sound system) and furniture available. A true testimony to the agricultural heritage of Beauce, the breadbasket of France, it is in an 18th century sheepfold, tastefully renovated, that we offer to organize your wedding, your receptions or your professional events. The site also has a cocktail room, a children's area (heated) and a large lit car park to receive your guests. Located 1 hour southwest of Paris, and 15 minutes from Chartres, our room can accommodate up to 300 people and has all modern comforts (underfloor heating, internet, sound system, etc.). The site is organized around a vast landscaped garden, full of flowers and carefully maintained. Three Gîtes de France, located in the same hamlet, are available to accommodate your guests and extend your stay.

Go there with your eyes closed! We got married in August 2020, the room and the accommodation are great! Everything is well thought out, the beds everywhere, the sound system, the mezzanine so that the little ones can play and sleep with the parents not far away, and Mrs. Bigot is always available and very kind, special mention also to the gardener for his work and his good mood ;)! We were really delighted!!Go there with your eyes closed! We got married in August 2020, the room and the accommodation are great! Everything is well thought out, the beds everywhere, the sound system, the mezzanine so that the little ones can play and sleep with the parents not far away, and Mrs. Bigot is always available and very kind, special mention also to the gardener for his work and his good mood ;)! We were really delighted!!

Invited to a wedding, we arrive at a splendid property. The large reception room is magnificent and prepared with a lot of class which will not leave you indifferent. The very discreet owners are at your disposal I have fond memories of that evening. I really recommend this place. A plus: the couple arrived from Voves in a carriage with a beautiful Friesian. An extra bit of magic that won over all the guests.Invited to a wedding, we arrive at a splendid property. An exceptional place for a special day! Everything is done and thought out to make your wedding perfect! Practical, beautiful and warm! A place where your dreams come true. Thanks to Christine for her advice and generosity! The reception room is splendid, the exterior is magical, and a room full of charm is there if the sun doesn't come out. The best part is the 3 gîtes within walking distance. Thanks again !An exceptional place for a special day! Everything is done and thought out to make your wedding perfect! The magnificent estate.The magnificent estate.
We got married this August 6, 2022, the room is great, the guests were very happy and found the grounds magnificent. Madame BIGOT is super kind and attentive, and supported us well in the preparation of our wedding. We rented the 3 cottages with the room and we have nothing to complain about, it was TOP. Cleanliness, garden maintenance.....everything was perfect Thank you for everything Mrs. BIGOT We got married this August 6, 2022, the room is great, the guests were very happy and found the grounds magnificent. Madame BIGOT is super kind and attentive, and supported us well in the preparation of our wedding. We rented the 3 cottages with the room and we have nothing to complain about, it was TOP.
