The service is very good, those who work at the reception are very present and welcoming, the rooms are big and are cleaned very well every day. New towels and new beddings every single day. They clean a bit late so if u want to sleep in, you are abel to. I highly recommend this Hotel! Entertainment poor which is a shame as there are lots of acts that could be booked. Seems to be Entertainment staff most nights. Piano bar is best for Entertainment. Closed during summer months. We upgrade so have the use of roof top bar dip pool and sunbathing beds. Plus own area for meals. Rooms need updating but very clean. Staff are lovely.Excellent hotel. Good choice of food. The hotel is clean and well maintained.Regular cleaning in all areas throughout the day. Is a family orientated hotel but also caters for couples of all ages. Rooms large,cleaned daily to a high standard,towels changed daily. Only issue I had more drawer space. We had a room at the back of hotel overlooking the mountains,scenic view and very quiet considering building work near by. All inclusive drinks were of a good quality lager and wine good whisky brandArrived back from this hotel 21st may.
