The hotel has a strategic position to visit the entire region as it is located between the Cabuérniga Valley and the Saja-Besaya Natural Park in the interior, and the Coast where the Oyambre, San Vicente de la Barquera and Comillas Natural Park are located. The property has 30,000 m2 of garden, with a main stone building dating from 1881. There is also a building built in 2005 where two new suites are located.
