The staff was helpful and kind

My family and I had a fantastic trip to this winery / hotel. The staff was helpful and kind, especially during our meal service. The server / sommelier was very knowledgeable. The breakfast was also included and it was very good value. We had amazing views and a tour of the winery, with delicious wine and snacks. We would definitely stay here again as the scenery was absolutely gorgeous.

The service was incredible

My family and I went for the visit + lunch. The French girl tour guide was so nice and made the experience quite entertaining. The wine tasting and food were really good. They serve food and wine with no end!!! 😍 the service was incredible during the lunch. My sister cannot eat green or red pepper, and they made the impossible to make her lunch worthy. The Mexican waitress was so polite and efficient!!! Thank you very much for all the experience!!!

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing 360• panoramic

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing 360• panoramic views. Delicious breakfasts with lots of choice of fruit, juice, bread and pastries and eggs and cold meats. Fabulous restaurant with views and top wine list from its own winery. Immaculate bedrooms with balconies and en-suite with spa showers. Lovely Uvas Frescas (grape) toiletries.

One of the best decisions we could have made

We celebrated our wedding at Eguren Ugarte on 13 May and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. The place and its facilities are fantastic, the organisation of the event by the people in charge is very good. The food, the service and the attention of the waiters were excellent and the guests were delighted. If you are getting married, do not hesitate to visit Eguren Ugarte and if you are a guest, ENJOY it. MANY THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM.
