Ten of our family stayed here early September on the Camino. While it is out in the country, a country house, the welcome we got and the food and wine, all local was excellent. We would love to return.

What a wonderful place

What a wonderful place to rest during our Camino Portugués. The hostess was so hospitable and caring. She picked us up in Caldas de Reies and was energetic and took pride in their beautiful hotel. We wished we could have stayed more than one night to enjoy the peaceful gardens, fruit trees, and outdoor pool.

beautiful, quiet and peaceful country setting

We stayed 1 night during our Portugal Camino walk. The location is about 6km from Caldas de Reis. The "casa" is in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful country setting, perfect for a rest day. The hostess looked after us well with a tasty dinner, and breakfast. This place is highly recommended if you don't mind the off track distance.
