Im very very particular and fussy and it all managed to go smoothly. The wedding planners are extraordinary. Im an executive assistant my self and their organization speed really is top tier. We had the cold fire works which went down a treat. The food was so much better than expected and LOTS of it. We had a post wedding event at Chiringuito which also went smoothly.For anyone looking to book or waiting for their big day to come, we recently has ours and it exceeded all expectations! What does the Sunset Package include?
The Sunset Package includes: Wedding planning, organisation and coordination; a symbolic wedding ceremony with officiant and celebrant; ceremony décor including arch, altar, white aisle, chairs, table settings and fresh flower centrepieces; festoon lighting; professional sound system and DJ service from the banquet until the end of the evening; a white Mercedes Classic wedding car with chauffeur for the couple; 2 hours of professional photography (arrivals, ceremony and aperitifs); and a wedding cake with topper plus 30 cupcakes.
Wedding Menu Included: Post-ceremony sangria and Spanish tapas aperitifs including Serrano ham, cheeses, olives, Spanish omelette bites, croquettes and bread. Main course: premium BBQ selection of pork, chicken and beef served with local salad, grilled potatoes, seasonal vegetables, bread and alioli. Dessert: lemon sorbet, wedding cake and cupcakes. Drinks: red, white and rosé wine, mineral water and one glass of cava for speeches.

- The Sunset Wedding takes place at Cas Milà, overlooking the stunning turquoise waters of Cala Tarida, one of Ibiza's most beautiful beaches and sunset locations.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Please let us know in advance if any guests have allergies, dietary restrictions or special requests.
Is the ceremony included?
Yes. The package includes a symbolic wedding ceremony performed by a professional celebrant.
What decoration is included?
The package includes:
- Wedding arch and altar
- White aisle
- Elegant white ceremony chairs
- Tablecloths and cutlery
- Cas Milà floral centrepieces with fresh flowers
- Festoon lighting and outdoor illumination
Is music included? DJ?
Yes. A professional sound system is provided for the ceremony and chill-out area, as well as a DJ from the banquet until the end of the evening.
What are the payment terms?
€300 deposit to secure the date
20% due two months after booking
20% during the planning process
20% due three months before the wedding
Remaining 40% due ten days before the wedding day
Can we personalise the wedding and add extra services?
Yes. While the Sunset Wedding package already includes the essential elements for your special day, our wedding planners can help you personalise the experience with additional services such as live music, extended photography and videography, special décor, transport, entertainment and other bespoke touches to reflect your style and vision.
What happens if we need assistance on the wedding day?
Our dedicated wedding coordination team will be on-site throughout your celebration to ensure everything runs smoothly. From managing suppliers and coordinating the timeline to assisting guests and resolving any unexpected issues discreetly, we take care of all the details so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day.
