We were on a family vacation for a few days starting Saturday, May 4. We are delighted with the treatment of the staff, especially Jesús M., waiter in the room and at the pool snack bar, which is where we met him. It was his first days working and he seemed like a very friendly and approachable worker, as well as Mr. Carlos. who was behind the bar at the pool snack and in the stage truck, very professional and super friendly.
