Windgate Weddings

Its natural beauty and spectacular countryside views offer many photo opportunities and makes it a perfect, private setting for nature-lovers. This family owned and operated century old, heritage barn has been given a new life while retaining its original charm. It has been updated to meet with current codes however it is a true barn, therefore it is not heated or cooled so we offer it from June to the end of October. Windgate is situated on an a thirty acre farm with over 5000sqft of space under cover. Offering a truly unique, beautifully rustic, yet elegant setting for any event large or small. Its large enough to have your ceremony, reception and dance all under the same roof and yet areas can be setup for a smaller, intimate weddings as well. We are surrounded by wonderful communities that offer many accommodations, historical properties, wineries, craft breweries and attractions close by. ​A Windgate Wedding Includes A 60'X45' timber framed barn with over 5000 sq. ft. under cover. This allows different setup options and alternate spaces for your wedding and picture options. (This is extremely useful in inclement weather). Covered patio area overlooking the pasture. Exclusive access to the barn and grounds surrounding the barn for your rehearsal, ceremony and photos. Ample parking in the field, with signage. Three days of access! Saturday weddings have access Friday afternoon for decorating and rehearsal, Saturday until ​midnight and again Sunday morning until noon for any clean-up and gathering of decorations. The barn can accommodate up to 150 people. Outdoor ceremony includes a rustic arbor and white chairs overlooking the north mountain and pasture. There are many photo ops in the barn and around the property, and so many options close by as well. Ability to hire a caterer and vendors of your choosing. Unique bar with onsite bar
