The Grounds:Whyte Willow Estates, an open concept venue surrounded by trees is the perfect private space for intimate to large gatherings. Located in the south side of Edmonton, it is easily accessible with two separate driveways leading into the space. The grounds can accommodate up to 500 guests. It is a blank canvas which allows it to be 100% customizable. We offer event planning and decor on site- to help with any planning and decor logistics. The grounds are equipped with two large wooden gazebos and can accommodate all types of wedding ceremonies.The Estate;On the grounds is a beautiful fully renovated home which can be rented out as part of the venue. With its mix of modern upscale bohemian decor it is the perfect space to host your guests, or to rent out for photoshoots. The estate can easily accommodate 12 guests. It has three full bathrooms, 4 separate bedrooms, a finished bar, basement and a brand-new chef’s kitchen. It includes a large backyard deck perfect for BBQ’ing. The Estate has all amenities required to comfortably stay overnight such as: soaps, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, plates, cups etc).The TentThe clear span tent has a draped white voile ceiling, with beautiful chandeliers and polished concrete floor, this space will host up to 300 guests at a time. It will be open for all events, including weddings, receptions, birthday parties, and corporate events.Venue:Outdoor grounds: 2.5 acres total land space with 1 acre available to place a tent of your choice. Tents can be set up through Whyte Willow Estates or from an approved tent vendor. Tent area can accommodate small to large groups of up to 300 guests. Outside another 200 can easily be accomodated. There are 2 14 ft gazebos on the grounds, as well as multiple fire pit areas, a beautifully landscaped garden for a photo op and on site Air BnB.Outdoor Ceremony Space:Gazebos:Two fourteen feet wide solid wood gazebos available for wedding ceremonies.- Rectangular gazebo - Hexagonal gazeboServicesEvent planning:We provide complete event planning and logistics as an additional option.
