Set on 300 acres of manicured polo fields under vast Alberta skies, this historic venue centers around a beautifully restored heritage clubhouse built around 1920 as an Army Officers' Mess. Its timeless character shines through cozy touches like a wood-burning fireplace and a vintage bar, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for your celebration.

Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, The Ranch House adapts to your needs. It can comfortably host up to 250 guests for a seated reception. The main clubhouse offers 2,640 sq ft of elegant space, complemented by an adjoining 1,600 sq ft tent surrounded by lush vines and plants—ideal for blending indoor comfort with outdoor charm.
The venue features two dance floors to keep your party lively and is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring all your loved ones can join in the fun.

- Catering and Bar Service: Enjoy delicious menus crafted by Highwood Catering, the venue’s exclusive partner. As an AGLC-licensed venue, all bar services are handled in-house by certified bartenders, with flexible options including cash, subsidized, or host bars. Please note, outside alcohol is not permitted.
- Included Rentals: The venue supplies tables, chairs, and tableware, plus a PA system with microphone, a screen and projector, and a podium—everything you need for speeches and presentations.
- Parking: Ample parking is available for up to 190 cars, with overnight parking allowed for your guests’ convenience.

The Ranch House is absolutely beautiful - full of rustic charm, surrounded by nature and with such warm and inviting atmosphere. It was the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding day. While not technically a canapé, our artisan charcuterie and cheese boards are always a guest favourite — beautifully presented and perfect for sharing.
