The Forest & Stream Club is a sophisticated private club and elegant dining and entertaining facility in Dorval, Quebec on the West Island of Montreal. The historic manor was completed in 1878 and offers breathtaking waterfront views with incredible sunsets over Lake St. Louis. The Forest & Stream Club provides a one-of-a-kind setting with a charming landscape and gardens, elegant décor, first-class service, and a reputation for excellent cuisine and fine wines, making it a great location for weddings and other special occasions. The cozy fireplaces also make it an excellent choice for a winter wedding. This stellar venue has been celebrating memorable events for over 140 years!
Facilities and Capacity
The Forest & Stream Club offers excellent facilities to host weddings and other events in an atmosphere reminiscent of Old World traditions. This venue's facilities can welcome up to 80 guests in the dining room and up to 110 guests when combined with the Forget room. The waterfront estate can accommodate up to 225 guests in a tent wedding. Their unique location offers couples the opportunity to hold their ceremony, outdoor cocktails, and dinner reception all on their magnificent property. There are also ample photo opportunities throughout the estate. The club is located within minutes of the Montréal–Trudeau International Airport for your and your guests’ convenience.

The Forest & Stream Club is the ideal location for family gatherings such as anniversary celebrations, showers, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. Their wedding packages suit a range of tastes and styles and are available for mid-week, Saturday, and Sunday weddings. Does your venue provide the food and beverage?
Absolutely! We take care of all the food (except the wedding cake) as well as all the beverages. We have an excellent team that makes sure everything is to your like through a tasting done previously to the wedding.
Is it possible to have our ceremony as well as reception at your venue?
Absolutely! With our beautiful outdoor space right by the water, there are plenty of place to have both the ceremony followed by the reception. Our club is the perfect place to celebrate your whole wedding in one place without having to manage transportation from one place to another. We also always have an indoor plan B for the ceremony in case of rain.
Do you allow outside catering?
Unfortunately, we do not allow outside catering. All our food is prepared directly in-house by our executive chef and his team.
Can we do our reception outdoors?
We can certainly do outdoor receptions under a rented marquee. Note that if you are expecting 120+ guests, it would automatically have to be an outdoor reception.
For outdoor receptions, we require the rental of the tent, full floor, service tent as well as rental items such as tables, chairs, linens, glassware, chinaware, etc.
Do you have any accommodations?
Unfortunately, we do not have any accommodations to stay overnight. Though, as we are close to the airport, there are quite a few hotels close by.
