The Bison: Exceptional Service & Delicious Food!

We went to the Bison to celebrate our recent wedding and we were treated with much kindness by all the staff who really went above and beyond to mark the occasion. The food was excellent. I had the bison ribeye and the elk tartare, not things you see on a menu everyday. The ambiance is relaxed and trendy with a lot of wood and warm lighting. Highly recommend

The Bison: perfect venue for our dream wedding

We fell in love with The Bison the weekend we got engaged when we stopped in for some late night cocktails. We decided to have our wedding reception here and they did not disappoint! The staff, food, drinks and overall space were amazing. They were very accomodating and all our guests could not compliment the staff and food/drinks enough. A great experience and we could not have been happier with the evening

Busy Wedding Venue with Great Food and Service

Dropped by for dinner but it was blocked for a wedding party. Returned the next day at around 5.45 only to get a bar seat. Such busy restaurant. Service is good. Atmosphere is lively. Love the high ceiling that gave is so much space. We order the hamachi for appetizer and the braised bison as main. Both were yummy. Especially like the hamachi with its delicate flavors. Ordered a bottle of wine recommended by the bartender Rose. Wine was good too.

Bison: Stellar Wedding Venue

I had the good fortune to have a couple that chose the Bison as their wedding reception venue. The Bison team, is STELLAR. Rachel, Hayley and Kevin were just so supportive and on top of every detail. Kevin even allowed us in early to start setup, which was such a great help. The food was incredible, hot, beautiful and everyone raved about it.
