Room was a nice size and beautiful view

Cute hotel and we had a good stay. My kid loved the waterslide. Nice touches like iced tea and cookies in the lobby. Room was a nice size and beautiful view out the window. Staff were very friendly. Took one star off the rooms because the wifi was kind of lousy (kept cycling and disconnecting all our devices every few minutes). Otherwise nice experience. Can’t really complain about the price when you consider the context of the market of Canmore.

Everything you would expect from a 5 star inn

This is one of the best stays we had on our trips through the Rockies, Everything you would expect from a 5 star inn., clean, beautiful view, amazing breakfast, clean, shower had pressure, fireplace, and a balcony with a stunning view. Thank you Pocaterra Inn., you're doing it right.

Service was outstandingly amazing

By far one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and of great value for the price we got it for. I don't even know where to begin. Service was outstandingly amazing (including everything from us being able to check in at 2am due to a late flight, having accommodations made last-minute without any hassle for an extra cot due to an error that I had made whilst making reservations, and any other questions we had being answered with the utmost patience and friendliness)...

amazing view of the mountains

Our suite was very spacious and clean offering an amazing view of the mountains. The only issue is with the pull out bed as it was extremely creaky! We ended up putting it back as a couch and my fifteen year old was able to sleep there comfortably.
