- Outdoor covered patio: Charing location for casual gatherings and a blank canvas option for fairytale weddings; patio features tent walls which you can leave open for fresh air; the space has an outdoor bar, speakers and wireless microphone; capacity: 60 seated, 90 cocktail guests
- Creekside Arbour: Magnificent outdoor ceremony site beside the creek
- Clubhouse loft studio: Lovely place for smaller celebrations, available year-round; includes an outdoor deck, TV and screens; capacity: 40 seated, 60 cocktail guests
- Clubhouse banquet room: The main dining room at the clubhouse, available in fall and winter; features a small dance floor, gas fireplace and a wireless microphone; capacity: 70 seated, 90 cocktail guests
Catering and Bar Service
Paradise Valley offers two options for wedding menus:
- In-house catering
- Third-party catering for receptions on the patio with limited access to kitchen facilities.
Buffets and cocktail receptions are the two most common options for a wedding meal at Paradise Valley.
- For example, dinner buffets contain:
- Entree (choice): Turkey roast, Slow Roasted Alberta beef AA, Baked Salmon, Stuffed chicken, Baked ham, Roasted Alberta AAA Prime rib
- Accompaniments: Chef’s salad, Caesar salad, Roasted vegetables, Creamy potatoes, Rice pilaf, Dinner rolls, Cheesecake or Dessert squares
You can also opt for a BBQ buffet, offering a selection of dishes such as a Mediterranean buffet, Mixed grill BBQ and BBQ beef on a bun.
Cocktail receptions are a combination of platters and canapes. The most popular platters are:
- Domestic cheese platter
- Deli meat tray
- Pickles and olives
- Triple Treat dip platter
- Assorted dessert tray
- Cheese and chocolate platter
Canape selection ranges from hot and cold to more substantial items, a main course, served in bite-sized format.
For dessert, you can select sweet platters or have your wedding cake cut and plated at a cost.
Paradise Valley delivers all beverages for your wedding day, with an option to bring your own wine. In that case, the venue charges a corkage fee per bottle.
