Tucked away in complete seclusion in Jordan Station, Ontario, Inn in the Orchard offers a full weekend wedding experience designed for couples who want to slow down, stay present, and truly savour every moment. Arrive on Friday and settle into one of our four luxury on-site private accommodations, where up to eight guests can stay for 2 nights and enjoy a relaxed rehearsal on the property. Wake up Saturday to peaceful orchard views, get ready in our beautiful barn, and capture timeless photos throughout the scenic grounds. Exchange vows along the water, enjoy cocktail hour in our charming barn and outdoor courtyard, then dance the night away beneath the glow of our stunning high-pole reception tent. To ensure everything flows effortlessly, every couple is supported by a dedicated wedding planner, beginning two months before the wedding and present on the day of the event—so you can focus on celebrating while every detail is thoughtfully handled. In addition to weddings, Inn the Orchard is pleased to offer both intimate and larger-scale bridal and baby showers, hosted in our charming event barn or under a spacious, elegant high-pole tent. Available during the week, these celebrations are thoughtfully designed to feel relaxed, beautiful, and personal—surrounded by the natural charm of the orchard. For our wedding couples, we’re pleased to offer preferred pricing on shower celebrations, allowing you to celebrate every chapter of your journey with us.

The hot tub is amazing and it’s so lovely to walk in the orchard. The hosts are lovely people and keep adding new things to the property. A hidden gem. The location is so beautiful and peaceful. Fabiola was so easy to talk to. Everything is so close by. We went to he lake house for dinner which was 8 mins. Found the cutest breakfast place less than 5 mins. Bsllsfalls was about 12 mins. The bnb was clean and so organized. The sauna and cold plunge was definitely a highlight. There’s something so special about being surrounded by nature, fresh air, and rows of beautiful cherry trees loaded with sweet, juicy cherries. The orchard is peaceful, well maintained, and perfect for families, friends, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing day outdoors. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. How many guests can stay overnight on the property?
We have four luxury on-site accommodations, each sleeping two guests, allowing up to 8 overnight guests to stay on the property from Friday to Sunday. Overnight guests also enjoy access to the hot tubs, sauna, cold plunge, and fire pits.
Is a wedding planner included?
Yes! Every wedding includes a dedicated professional wedding planner. You'll have access to communicate with your planner after booking, with in-person planning meetings beginning approximately 8 weeks before your wedding to finalize every detail. Your planner is also on-site for your entire wedding day.
Is a rehearsal included?
Yes. A one-hour wedding rehearsal is included on Friday with your wedding planner, giving everyone a chance to become familiar with the ceremony before your big day.
How large is the reception tent?
Our beautiful high-pole sailcloth tent is approximately 3,200 square feet, comfortably accommodating up to 150 guests with space for dining and dancing.
What is included in the wedding package?
We aim to make our package as all-inclusive as possible. Tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, dinner glassware, ceremony setup, reception setup, and cleanup are all included, so you don't have to worry about coordinating multiple rental companies.
Do you provide real glassware?
Yes! We provide real glassware for cocktail hour, adding an elegant touch to your guest experience.
What happens if it rains?
We create a personalized rain plan with every couple well before the wedding. Whether you'd like the ceremony under the tent or another weather backup option, we'll discuss your preferences in advance so there are no last-minute decisions or added stress.
Is alcohol included?
Alcohol is not included, which many couples actually love because it gives them more flexibility. You're welcome to bring all of your own alcohol with no corkage fee or markup, and you get to take any leftovers home. We provide the bartenders, glassware, ice, and mixers (such as juice, pop, or predetermined specialty drink ingredients).

We're more than a venue—we offer a complete Friday to Sunday wedding weekend. Instead of rushing through a single day, you and your loved ones can stay on-site, enjoy a relaxed rehearsal, wake up together on your wedding morning, and spend the weekend creating memories that last a lifetime.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely! Our caterer is experienced in accommodating gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary needs. Special dietary meals are prepared separately, so they don't need to be selected as one of your entrée choices, ensuring every guest is well taken care of.
