Great stay for wedding!

Enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable, staff was helpful and the cleaning staff was great and friendly. We stayed with family for a wedding. Location was awesome

Helpful Staff Goes Above and Beyond

Staff were very helpful when we tried to book another room for an arriving family member. There was a mix up with the 2nd booking and the front desk employees went out of their way to find out what went wrong. It was no fault of their own as it was a 3rd party booking but they were very willing to help us correct it. They let us into the 2nd room early as we had a wedding to attend and that was also a big help for us.

Exceptional Service at Holiday Inn Edm Arpt!

We have been planning out wedding during COVID and the director of sales Shabi has been nothing short of AMAZING! She has shown great care, concern and is always willing to go the extra mile - the true definition of customer service. We were in the process of deciding between this venue and another within the vicinity for our wedding reception, due to the amazing and genuine service we received from Shabi we decided on going with Holiday Inn & Suites Edm Arpt!
