Holiday Inn Express Winnipeg Airport - Polo Park, an IHG Hotel

I went to Winnipeg to celebrate my 35th birthday with my mom and sister. The hotel staff went above a beyond to make sure our stay was excellent. The room was very clean, staff is friendly and willing to help with anything. We had a couple things like the coffee machine not working, and the remote missing from the room, but staff where there to fix those problems right away. The breakfast was great with many options. This location came to us through Priceline, and at the price we paid for it, my expectations were pretty low. Imagine how stunned I was to see this beautiful hotel when we pulled up! The amenities were new and clean, and the staff members brought an air of friendliness and professionalism to every interaction we had! The free breakfast every morning was a nice addition to our Priceline deal, and it felt like they took time and effort to make everything perfect for us. When we go to Winnipeg....

No complaints- the staff were fantastic and able to help with every request including late checkout. Patricia & Alyssa were polite, patient and courteous these 2 ladies are the #1 readon I left 5 stars!! I also discovered the key lock for the elevators, and though it was a bit of a pain to remember to keep it on me while in the hotel I appreciated the extra sense of security. Would definitely stay again!

was in town for a wedding in the same hotel. Hotel was clean, modernized, with great staff at the front desk, who even allowed me to check in a few hours early as I had come off of a long haul flight.
