The Beauvert Plateau is located centrally in front of the Main Lodge and has a direct view of Lac Beauvert and Whistler’s Mountain. The Whistler Plateau is slightly more private as it is snug between some of their cabins and has a view of a bay of Lac Beauvert and the Rocky Mountains. Minimum of 80 guests are required to book this venue on a Friday or Saturday between May and October. Maximum occupancy: 500Lakefront RidgeLakefront Ridge is a venue is located on a raised plateau with views overlooking a bay of Lac Beauvert with the Golf Course and the Rocky Mountain Terrain in view. This is a semi-private venue that is snug between some of their luxury cabins. Maximum occupancy: 110SundecksThe Sundecks are scattered along the shores of the beautiful Lac Beauvert and offer an intimate atmosphere. Sundeck 2 is located close to the Main Lodge and has beautiful views looking straight on Whistler's Mountain. The other Sundeck they would recommend is Sundeck 5 which is located further along the shores of Lac Beauvert and is hidden between some trees. The view from Sundeck 5 is looking at the Mountain Ranges as well as their beautiful Main Lodge. Sundeck 2 has a maximum occupancy of 50 and Sundeck 5 has a maximum occupancy of 20 guests.Reception VenuesBeauvert BallroomTheir Reception venues include The Beauvert Dining Room which is located centrally in their Main Lodge and is named for the beautiful, sparkling green-coloured mountain lake it overlooks. The Beauvert Dining Rooms generous proportions are perfectly offset by its large picture windows. Spacious enough to host large gatherings, it offers guests an incomparable visa of the lake, forest, and peaks. A minimum of 175 guests are required to book this venue on a Friday or Saturday between May and October and it has a maximum occupancy of 500 guests.Mary Schaffer BallroomThe Mary Schaffer Ballroom is located centrally in their Main Lodge and provides an elegant Rocky Mountain atmosphere with a high ceilings, large gold leaf chandeliers and a large mural celebrating Mary Schaffer's early exploration of Jasper. The Mary Schaffer is adjacent to the Great Hall, an excellent venue for a cocktail reception. A minimum of 120 guests are required to book this venue on a Friday or Saturday between May and October and it has a maximum occupancy of 175 guests.Tonquin & SpikeThe Tonquin and Spike Room is located in the Golf Clubhouse and provides an intimate atmosphere with a wood burning fireplace and spectacular views overlooking their award winning greens. The event experts are dedicated to helping soon-to-be newlyweds bring their matrimonial visions to life. Wedding & Catering Manager Kathryn Abeysekera has specialized knowledge of weddings and is happy to share her wealth of knowledge with couples. The hotel’s culinary team provides catering services for events held here. Dining styles available include plated, buffet, or cocktail service. Guests with allergies or special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
