Wedding Packages at Belle Vie
This formal wedding venue has convenient packages for everything wedding type you can imagine, from micro weddings and elopements to grand, formal gatherings. Packages include in-house catering service and can be altered according to your needs.
We offer packages for every celebration size, from grand gatherings to intimate micro weddings, with additional enhancements to make your day perfect. Our packages include catered food options and can be customized to meet your needs.
The all-inclusive package is an option for lavish weddings with every detail taken care of by the Belle Vie Team. The highlights of the package are:
- Exclusive use of the venue from 4 pm to midnight
- Cocktail hour with charcuterie board
- Lavish three-course dinner
- Late night buffet
- Reception furniture and details, including tables and gold Chiavari chairs, place settings
- Setup and clean up
- Complete staffing
- Assorted décor
A la carte package is available for a minimum of 30 guests and gives you more flexibility. You can decide to include cocktail hour and late-night buffet or not and focus on the service that matters to you.
Micro wedding packages are an excellent option for celebrations under 30 guests and even elopements. There are several micro packages at Belle Vie:
- Sweet and simple: Includes wedding ceremony with licensed officiant, 3-hour venue hire with a cocktail reception, cake and cash bar, the desserts are served as bite-sized items and punch, florals for the couple and background music are included.
- Petite soiree: 3-hour ceremony and cocktail reception with prosecco, charcuterie boards and bite-sized desserts, wedding cake and punch are included
- Intimate elegance: a 5-hour wedding with ceremony and cocktail reception, features custom digital invitations, gold Chiavari chairs, charcuterie board and 3 waiter-served hors d’oeuvres per person, cake, prosecco, punch and bite-size dessert
Bar options are host bar – consumption and unlimited, drinks tickets and optimal add-ons.

From the very first email, to in person meeting, everything was so easy and effortless. Don is incredible. He is professional, prompt, quick to respond, and so easily makes you feel as though you are taken care of. No question or request is too small or too big. The building is stunning! This place is amazing, there is nothing like it anywhere else in SW Ontario. The owners are extremely professional and easy to work with. I really appreciated how they followed all COVID protocols to make everyone feel safe and relaxed. I would encourage all brides/grooms who are looking for something new and exciting to check out Carnegie Hall in Ingersoll. I had the pleasure of performing at Carnegie Hall this past weekend and I felt like I was in a palace in France! This place is amazing, there is nothing like it anywhere else in SW Ontario. We just had our wedding here, and every aspect of the venue far exceeded our wildest expectations. The hall is beautiful, the sound system great, the dual projectors are a big bonus, and the staff are exceedingly helpful. Our dinner was plated and served by the staff of the hall. The servers were efficient, professional, and well dressed! We brought in an organ and they were very helpful with that too. As a bonus the lounge downstairs really makes one feel like royaltyThis place is incredible! We just had our wedding here, and every aspect of the venue far exceeded our wildest expectations. The hall is beautiful, the sound system great, the dual projectors are a big bonus, and the staff are exceedingly helpful. Our dinner was plated and served by the staff of the hall.
