What dates are available ?
We offer flexible booking throughout the year, and weddings can be booked up to 18 months in advance. Availability changes weekly, so the best way to secure your preferred date is to contact us directly and we will confirm open dates right away.
What are designated spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception ?
We offer multiple indoor and outdoor options depending on the guest count:
- Ceremony: Outdoor lawn with panoramic views
- Cocktail Bar: Outdoor bar area & games room
- Reception: Outdoor setup plus space for tenting options
You are welcome to use these locations depending your vision
Can we make changes to the layout of the furniture ?
Yes. You can change the layout or move furniture out of the way if need. Although, you would be expected to place them back in original positions once the event has finished.
Will our wedding be the only one event that day ?
Yes. We guarantee exclusive property access for every booking. Your wedding will the only event taking place that day.
Is there a dedicated space for the wedding party to get ready ?
Yes, we provide private getting-ready rooms even when you have selected our day package. Bridal suite will give you access to panoramic bedroom with walk in closet, full-length mirror and salon like bathroom to get ready. For groom's gentlemen club, you will get full access to the games (pool air-hockey etc.) room along with a changing room & full length mirror. Both areas come with washrooms for guests and the wedding party.
Do we have to use your in-house caterer or can we bring our own ?
You are welcome to bring your own licensed caterer. We do not require you to use an in-house option.
Can we bring our own alcohol, and if so, is there a corkage fee ?
Yes, you may bring your own alcohol with valid event liquor license. There is no corkage fee when you supply your own beverages.
Are there any noise restrictions or a required music cutoff time ?
Outdoor amplified music must conclude by 11:00 pm in accordance with the local bylaws. Indoor music may continue slightly later at reduced volume only inside cinema room.
How much is the deposit, when is it due, and is it refundable ?
Our save the date fee is $500 and is non-refundable. A separate refundable security deposit of $1500 is required 10 days before the event.
Do you offer instalment plans ? If yes, what is the payment schedule ?
Yes, we offer flexible instalment plans. The balance can be split into multiple payments due over several months, with the final payment due 30 days before you wedding date.
